💨 Abstract
In Assam's Darrang district, a Class 9 student, Bhabesh Deka, died after being allegedly beaten up by senior students at Padumpukhuri High School in Sipajhar town. The accused are Class 10 students of the same school and are currently in police custody. The incident has raised concerns about safety in government schools and the role of teachers, as relatives claim the teachers did not intervene.
