💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has overturned a 1967 ruling and decided that the Aligarh Muslim University's (AMU) minority status will be reconsidered by a new bench. The decision was welcomed by opposition leaders, including Congress MP Abhishek Singhvi and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, who praised the constitutional wisdom of the judgment.
