đź’¨ Abstract
On November 15, a clash occurred between commuters and police at Ashoknagar station in Kolkata. The dispute started when commuters learned that a local train would terminate at Tala station instead of Majerhat due to operational adjustments for a large gathering for the Ganga Arti show. Commuters blocked the tracks, causing a commotion that escalated into violence, injuring an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) and others.
