💨 Abstract
The Congress party in Manipur has accused the state BJP government of paying Rs 6.27 crore to a Kuki Zo militant group, Hmar People's Convention (Democratic), despite breaking an agreement in February 2023. The money was given even after the state government had withdrawn from the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement in February 2023.
