Senior Congress leader V Narayanasamy expressed sorrow and grief over the demise of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. As a Minister of State in Manmohan Singh's UPA government, Narayanasamy recalled their association. Manmohan Singh's foreign policy was praised internationally, and his ten-year tenure as Prime Minister saw economic growth of 11.5%.
