Congress' Jharkhand in-charge, Ghulam Ahmad Mir, has courted controversy by stating that if the party forms the government, gas cylinders will be provided at Rs 450 to all citizens, regardless of their nationality. The BJP has termed this "anti-national" and an example of the Congress' appeasement politics.
