💨 Abstract

In Hazaribag, Jharkhand, a local court sentenced Manoj Rana to life imprisonment for murdering his mother, Sita Devi, four years ago following an altercation. The incident occurred as the couple was heading to their sweet stall. Manoj, who suddenly arrived, quarreled with his mother over a personal issue, and in a fit of rage, he slit her throat with a sickle, causing her death.
