💨 Abstract

A Delhi court is set to decide whether to direct an FIR over two paintings by late artist M F Husain, who is a Padma awardee, for allegedly depicting Hindu deities Hanuman and Ganesh in an offensive manner that hurt religious sentiments. The paintings, displayed at an art gallery in the national capital, were seized earlier this week.
