The CPI(M) in Kerala, led by M V Govindan, has expressed hope that the newly appointed Governor, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, will work constitutionally and collaborate with the government, unlike the previous Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, who was transferred to Bihar.
