💨 Abstract

Justice Chitta Ranjan Dash, leading an inquiry commission into the alleged torture of an army officer and sexual assault of his fiancee at Bharatpur police station in Bhubaneswar, visited the station on November 19. He heard the views of the five accused police officials and the army officer and his fiancee, who recounted their ordeal. The five suspended police officials also presented their statements.
