💨 Abstract

A 16-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly abducted, raped, and casteist abuses were hurled at her by a man in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The accused, Rashid, was identified through an identity card in his car and recorded the act on his phone. He was arrested and charged under sections of rape, SC/ST Atrocities Act, and POCSO Act.
