💨 Abstract

The BJP has hailed the Centre's decision to include caste enumeration in the next census as a "historic and bold step" towards empowering marginalized sections, strengthening socio-economic foundations, and exposing the Congress' perceived opportunism and inaction. BJP OBC Morcha president K Laxman claimed that the Congress, while in power, failed to deliver a caste census and used it only as a political tool.
