💨 Abstract

The Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) is set to elect its first executive body, marking a significant milestone in the long-standing struggle for an independent gurdwara management body separate from the Amritsar-based Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC). A notification by Justice H.S. Bhalla formalized the addition of nine nominated members representing diverse sections of the Sikh community.
