💨 Abstract

A group of senior diplomats from various countries, including the US, Norway, and Singapore, are visiting Kashmir on September 25 to observe the ongoing assembly elections. The delegation consists of diplomats from several Delhi-based embassies. The elections, held in three phases, are currently in the second phase, with voting for 26 seats underway. The third phase will take place on October 1, and the vote counting will occur on October 8.
