💨 Abstract

A decomposed body was found floating in the Yamuna river during preparations for the Chhath Puja festival in Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi. The deceased, identified as Chokkala Srinivas from Karimnagar, Telangana, was wearing a Rudraaksh mala and appeared to be 10-15 days old. The discovery was made by local residents and reported to the police.
