💨 Abstract
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced that her office will directly handle public grievances to improve governance. Complaint boxes will be installed in various government offices. Gupta called for an effective, multi-modal grievance redressal mechanism, including phone, WhatsApp, and apps, and stated that complaints against the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, and sub-registrar offices can be sent directly to her, emphasizing zero tolerance for corruption.
