đ¨ Abstract
A Delhi court granted interim bail to Abhishek Gupta, CEO of Rau's IAS Study Circle, and its coordinator Deshpal Singh until December 7, in a case concerning the July deaths of three civil services aspirants due to a flooded basement. The court ordered Gupta to deposit Rs 2.5 crore with the Red Cross Society and stated that he, as the lessee and CEO, is responsible for any loss or damage.
