💨 Abstract

A court in New Delhi acquitted a man, Chandan Kashyap alias Nimboo, in a 2021 attempt to murder case. The court noted that the three eyewitnesses, including the victim, did not identify Kashyap as the assailant who fired gunshots, and the prosecution failed to bring incriminating evidence against him.
