Delhi court refuses to order FIR on plea claiming M F Husain's paintings 'hurt religious sentiments'

A Delhi court has declined to register an FIR over two paintings by late artist MF Husain, alleged to hurt religious sentiments. The judge stated that all evidence is already in the possession of the complainant and further investigation is not needed. The case will proceed as a complaint case.
