Rare bird species such as the Baikal Teal and Falcated Duck, absent from Delhi-NCR for nearly a decade, have been sighted this winter. Mohit Mehta, a Delhi-based bird watcher, spotted the Baikal Teal on 9th January at Sultanpur National Park. The Falcated Duck was spotted on 12th December in the same park.
