💨 Abstract

The Delhi High Court has allowed the retrieval and preservation of a deceased man's sperm for potential future use in assisted reproduction. The man had committed suicide. The court ordered the relevant hospital to perform the postmortem sperm retrieval (PMSR) and preserve the retrieved sperm.
