💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court ordered Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to allow nine rusticated students, facing sexual harassment allegations, to write their exams starting May 14. Justice Vikas Mahajan also barred JNU from taking coercive action against the students regarding their hostel accommodations until the next hearing on May 28. The court's interim order was based on alleged violations of natural justice principles, as the students were not given the chance to cross-examine witnesses.
