💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court has sought the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) response to the bail plea of Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid, who is facing a terror funding case. Rashid has been in custody since 2019 and is accused of funding separatists and terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. He has appealed against the trial court's refusal of bail, citing delays in the trial and his inability to perform his duties as an MP.
