💨 Abstract

The Delhi High Court has rejected the bail plea of gangster Neeraj Bawania in a case relating to the murder of two prisoners in a jail van in 2015. The court called the incident "exceptional brazenness, audacity and depravity" and stated that Bawania's criminal antecedents and recidivistic tendencies do not warrant his release on bail.
