The Delhi High Court will hear a plea on October 12 that seeks to allow climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and others to hold a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar or another suitable location in New Delhi. The petitioner, Apex Body Leh, initiated a 900km march from Leh, Ladakh, to raise awareness about ecological and cultural degradation in the region.
