đź’¨ Abstract
A man, Vinit Kumar, who was accused of making threatening calls to a rape survivor in southwest Delhi, was arrested after more than a year on the run. Kumar was allegedly attempting to pressure the survivor to withdraw her complaint on behalf of the main accused, Vikas Kumar Mittal. He was captured in Gurugram following a tip-off, and his voice was confirmed as matching the threatening calls made to the survivor.
