💨 Abstract
Parents of 31 students in a Delhi private school alleged that their children were denied entry over fee issues, despite payments being made. The parents claimed that the school did not deposit cheques but accepted subsequent fees via net banking. The Delhi High Court previously addressed similar unfair treatment and directed the school to allow all students access. The Delhi government recently introduced a bill to regulate fee hikes in private schools to increase transparency and accountability. The school and education department have not yet commented on the allegations.
