💨 Abstract

Delhi Police busted a mobile theft racket, where a Jharkhand mastermind lured juveniles to steal high-end phones in busy markets of Delhi. These minors, offered Rs 3,000 per theft, travelled ticketless by train and handed over stolen phones to their handler, "Shiva." The racket was exposed after a 13-year-old was caught stealing in Kamla Nagar.
