đ¨ Abstract
AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj has criticized Delhi Police's prohibitory orders, calling them "Tughlaqi farmaan," claiming they aim to ban Hindu festivals and hurt religious sentiments ahead of Navratri. The orders, issued under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, prohibit protests or gatherings of five or more persons in certain areas of the city for six days.
