Delhi Police arrested a man, Ajay Kumar Dahiya, who had been on the run for 25 years in a 2000 murder case. Dahiya, a proclaimed offender, was living under a false identity for over two decades to evade law. The case involved the murder of Ashwani Sethi, whose body was found with gunshot wounds in 2000.
