Delhi Police arrested a woman, Meenakshi Aggarwal, for fraudulently promising railway tenders and contracts to victims, luring them to invest in her schemes. Her husband Abhishek Aggarwal is still absconding. The couple cheated multiple people, used the money for a lavish lifestyle, and evaded arrest by fleeing and turning off their phones.
