💨 Abstract

Delhi Police arrested two men, Neeraj alias Raju and Karan alias Rahul, aged 23, for a currency exchange scam. The duo, from Loni, Ghaziabad, defrauded victims by pretending to exchange US dollars for Indian currency, using genuine dollars initially to gain trust before handing over bundles of paper instead of cash.
