đź’¨ Abstract
DGP Rashmi Ranjan Swain, a 1991 IPS officer, visited the martyrs' memorial in Srinagar to honor fallen security forces. He expressed gratitude for serving in J&K, where many colleagues sacrificed their lives. Swain, retiring later today, said their blood and sweat make it the Balidhan Stambh. He stated that he tried to bring lasting peace and prosperity during his tenure.
