💨 Abstract

The Haryana government has launched the Dhanpat Singh Saangi Memorial Award to honor artists performing the traditional saang art form, blending music, storytelling, and dance. The award includes a cash prize, citation, and shawl. Artists can apply by January 6th. The award aims to preserve and promote Haryana's cultural heritage. Artists who send their entries will perform in the Saang Mahotsava later this year.
