💨 Abstract

A 48-year-old doctor in Thane, Maharashtra was cheated out of Rs 70 lakh by three individuals, including a woman, who promised to sell him a flat in Navi Mumbai. Despite the flat already being sold, the accused showed it to the doctor and accepted his money. When the doctor demanded his money back, he was ignored.
