💨 Abstract

In Kochi, the daughter of CPI(M) leader M M Lawrence protested the decision to donate her father's body to a medical college for educational purposes. After a court hearing, the medical college was instructed to hear objections and decide in accordance with the Kerala Anatomy Act. The court also directed the college to preserve the body at the mortuary.
