💨 Abstract

The Election Commission of India has asked the Delhi administration to transfer officers from their home districts in preparation for the upcoming assembly elections in February 2023. The poll body follows a consistent policy to prevent officers directly involved in elections from being posted in their home districts or areas where they have served for long periods.
