💨 Abstract
The Mumbai Metro Operations Corporation Limited (MMMOCL) has launched a WhatsApp-based ticketing service for metro rail lines 2A and 7, serving the north-west part of Mumbai. This eco-friendly system allows passengers to purchase tickets directly through WhatsApp, eliminating the need for paper tickets. The service was launched at the hands of a woman passenger during the Navratri celebrations, symbolizing empowerment and innovation.
