💨 Abstract

Sharad Pawar, NCP (SP) chief, has stated that the Election Commission is the final authority on poll symbols and their allocation for the Maharashtra assembly elections. Pawar's party requested the commission to freeze the "trumpet" symbol from the free list, as it resembles their formally allocated "man blowing turha" symbol.
