💨 Abstract

Former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, a prominent Muslim leader and NCP leader, was laid to rest with state honors on Sunday night in Mumbai following his shooting death the previous night. The funeral procession was attended by a large number of people, including senior police officers and political leaders across parties. The Crime Branch has arrested two alleged shooters and a co-conspirator, and is investigating the murder plot.
