A fire broke out at a pharmaceutical company's unit in Himachal Pradesh's Solan district in the early hours of Friday, causing massive destruction and losses. No casualties were reported as the unit was not operational at night. The fire spread quickly and took several hours to control. The cause of the fire is unknown, and the extent of damage is being estimated. Fire tenders were rushed from nearby locations to the scene.
