💨 Abstract
Eight people, including five schoolboys, were killed and one person injured in a lightning strike in Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon district on Monday during heavy rains. The victims were seeking shelter under a structure on the roadside when the incident occurred. The deceased were students of Classes XI and XII from a nearby government school who were returning home after appearing in quarterly exams.
