💨 Abstract

In Darjeeling, five individuals from Maharashtra were sentenced to life imprisonment for committing a murder during a dacoity at a jeweller's residence last year. The victim, Pradeep Ojha, was a former school teacher, and his body was discovered in his home on January 12, 2023. The accused were arrested by investigators and convicted based on the testimonies of 24 witnesses.
