💨 Abstract

Five youth from Hyderabad drowned in Konda Pochamma Sagar reservoir in Siddipet district of Telangana on Saturday. They were visiting the Konda Pochamma temple and ventured into the reservoir, which is usually off-limits to outsiders. The Chief Minister and local MLA expressed condolences and demanded ex-gratia for the families of the deceased, and urged the government to prevent such tragedies in the future.
