💨 Abstract
Flood-affected people in West Bengal's Malda district looted relief materials from a truck after Minister Firhad Hakim left. During Hakim's visit, CM Mamata Banerjee assured help and blamed the central government for the flood situation. She also urged people not to venture into rivers due to increased water levels. Three persons have gone missing in the critical flood situation in Manikchak.
