Tripura PWD Secretary Kiran Gitte has assured the villagers of Ballamukh and Ishan Chandranagar that flood management infrastructure work will be completed within three months. The work has started in some areas, while it is yet to commence in others. The state government will appoint five additional engineers to expedite the work and also undertake flood management work on both banks of River Muhuri.
