💨 Abstract

In Tamil Nadu, three Dalit and Most Backward Class women have completed their priesthood training at government-run schools in 2023, marking the end of generational discrimination. However, they have yet to receive their practical training or be placed at temples for work, despite the government's efforts. The women are waiting for the Supreme Court case that is holding up their appointments to be resolved.
