India's Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri held talks with Afghanistan's acting foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi in Dubai, marking the first publicly acknowledged engagement between the two since the Taliban takeover. India will provide material support to Afghanistan in the health sector, rehabilitation of refugees, and promote the use of the Chabahar Port.
