The Telangana High Court has refused to quash the FIR against BRS Working President K T Rama Rao in the Formula E race issue, removing his protection against arrest. The court said the allegations indicate Rama Rao may have directed the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority to pay huge sums to a foreign company without necessary approvals, and there's a prima facie case of wrongdoing.
