💨 Abstract

The Telangana High Court has refused to quash the FIR against BRS Working President K T Rama Rao in the Formula E race issue, removing the protection against his arrest. The court's order allows the Anti-Corruption Bureau to investigate allegations that Rao authorized payments of Rs 55 crore, mostly in foreign currency, to the Formula E Organization without necessary approvals. Rao has approached the Supreme Court to challenge the High Court's order.
